Vegas through the eyes of Aaron

So I went on my first trip last weekend.  I have never seen or experienced so many fascinating things in my life. Some things I liked some things not so much.  It started out like a normal day, I woke up ate and took a nap in my sweet soft bed.  When I woke up I was placed carefully in my car seat and headed down the road.

My dad dropped me, my mom and her sweet friend Melissa off at this place that kept calling an airport. Now I have no idea what an airport is, but I was put in this very uncomfortable stroller that I was not fond of and strolled all around this big place with lots of people. Then we got on a strange looking thing with very little aisles and we took a seat. Then all of a sudden this thing was going really really fast, and my mommy held me tight and up in the air we went. The noise was loud but it’s loud hum turned soft and I gently closed my eyes and fell a sleep to a nice quite hum.

I was awaken to the sound of lots of shuffling, again placed in the awkward stroller and I saw LIGHTS, I saw PEOPLE and this never stopped for the entire trip.

I thought to myself this place is amazing and then thought I would share my thought with my mommy and began to cry!  She snuggled my tightly in her arms and said it’s ok Aaron I love you. She pulled me close and I drifted off to dream land.   The next morning I woke up and my mom  and her friend got themselves all showered and clean, they put this makeup on their faces and looked so nice. I don’t see my mommy showered and  cleaned with makeup and hair done very often. So I thought that since they were going to so much trouble this must be a big day.  We walked down this hall and this is what I saw.

They caught my eye and there was one person who popped into my mind. Todd and I thought I bet uncle Todd would love this place :)

There were tons of people who were carrying these big black things that my mom always puts in my face. I think she said they were called cameras. So I just watched and snuggled and laughed at everyone. It was a long morning and after sitting in my moms arms while she listened to people talking about taking pictures of other little guys my size we went back to our quite room where I could take a nap.

The next day I woke up with something very different on my arm. My mom told me that if anyone asked I was suppose to say “what happens in vegas, stays in vegas”  But I thought I would show you what I got.

That night we explored this crazy city, we went to a place they call New York New York and a m&m factory. It was beautiful.

Do you see the yellow m&m on the side, that is what I felt like this entire trip.

My mom and melissa stayed up late at nights, talking and waking me up every now and then.  They laughed a lot, they planned and shared ideas from all they things they were learning with all the people carrying cameras. I think my mom really loves Melissa and I don’t think she is to bad myself, they kept saying my little lady friend was in Melissa’s tummy. I can’t wait to meet her in 3 months.

This place was beautiful and crazy but I really missed my daddy and my brothers. I fell asleep thinking of them.

The next day we said good bye MGM…It was a great trip Vegas but I think next time I will stay in the mountains of Colorado.   I loved sharing my adventure with you.
